The handling time is the numbers of business days we take to ship the item after receiving your cleared payment.

HOW DO WE SHIP?

We ship USPS Ground for domestic orders. You will be provided shipping confirmation via email when your shipping label is created. This confirmation will contain your tracking number.

WHAT EXACTLY IS USPS GROUND?

USPS delivery generally takes 3-5 business days once picked up.

WHAT IS YOUR EXHANGE POLICY?
Exchanges: No Refunds. Exchanges accepted within 14 days of purchase. The merchandise must be returned in its original condition for resale. The merchandise must be returned in its original or similar box with the packing slip. The hat return must not show signs of wear. Dirty sweatbands (forehead region) are the easiest and most obvious way to tell if the hat has been worn. If we deem the hat was worn, we will send it back to the customer. Obviously, we can't issue a refund or allow an exchange if we receive a worn hat.  Please note on the packing slip what you'd like to exchange for. Exchanges must be for a product of equal or lesser value. Discount codes CAN NOT be used for an exchange.

Customers are responsible for shipping all exchange merchandise back to us.

WHICH METHOD OF SHIPPING SHOULD I CHOOSE TO SEND MY ITEMS BACK?
USPS. We highly advise securing a tracking number for your return, as 4D Ranch Hat Co. will not be liable for any return packages lost in transit.

HOW DO I KNOW MY EXCHANGE HAS BEEN PROCESSED?
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing from the time you return your item(s) to us.
